For BetterVet clients looking to obtain their pet's medical records, there are two methods, the website or mobile application.

BetterVet clients using our website can click on the "My Pet Center" link in the navigation, next to the "Book an Appointment" button at the top right.

After logging in, select the pet you wish to obtain medical records for and click the three ellipsis (︙) on the right side.
A dropdown will then appear with a link to "Request Medical Records".
When selected, a popup will appear where clients can select the type(s) of medical records they would like to receive.
*By default, medical records are sent to the email address attached to the profile.
However, by selecting "I want the medical records sent to a different email address", an input field appears that allows up to 3 additional email addresses (separated by a comma) to receive the medical records.
Click "Request Medical Records" and your pet's medical records will sent in an email.

On the BetterVet mobile application, click on "Profile" at the bottom.
Scroll down on the profile page to find the "ACCESS YOUR PET'S MEDICAL RECORDS" section. Click the "Request Medical Records" button.
Follow the next screen prompts to select the type(s) of medical records to receive.
*By default, medical records are sent to the email address attached to the profile.

Click "Request Medical Records" and your pet's medical records will sent in an email.
You should receive your pet's medical records within 24 hours of your request.
